Iran culinary tour

Day 1: Tehran:

Arrive at IKA airport. Meet with tour guide. Transfer to hotel. Stay overnight.

Day 2: Tehran:

After Iranian breakfast you will start the first visit of Iran capital with Golestan palace which is one of Iran UNESCO sites and also it is one the great palace of Qajarid era. Then drive to natural and beautiful era of Darband where is full of the best restaurants of Tehran with special foods of Tehran. We suggest Dizy for your lunch in Darband restaurant. Continue your visits with Iran national museum with the gate to visit Iran history, then visit Azadi tower which means Liberty tower. You will have dinner in traditional restaurant. Stay overnight in Tehran.

Between Iranian people Dizy is one of the best and most popular Iranian food which cooked in most part of Iran with different recipes. Each of them has various and delicious tests. Tehran is one of the cities that cook Dizy. Dizy is one of the Iranian traditional foods. This Iranian food mostly cooked in stone vessel and it is called DizySangi or stony Dizy. Dizy is one the complete Iranian food. Day 3: Tehran:

First of all, drive to Bazaar and go for shopping fresh ingredients with professional leader. After that go to class and start cooking Iranian food and you will enjoy eating the foodthat you have cooked.Then Visit Carpet museum and you will have dinner in traditional restaurant.Stay overnight.

Day 4: Zanjan:

Drive to Zanjan (333 km) in the rout visit Soltanieh dome as the great dome of Iran and one of Iran UNESCO sites. Continue to Zanjan Transfer to hotel. Lunch in restaurant and we suggest Kebab Kobideh.  Then visit old bazzar of Zanjan and Haj Dadash old bath house. You will have dinner in traditional restaurant.Stay overnight.

Kebab Kobideh is one of the well known Iranian foods that you should not loss the chance of eating this delicious Iranian food. The smell of this Iranian food is incredible. Kebab Kobideh is one of the great foods for the people who like to test different type of beefs. This Iranian food is eaten with rice or bread. When it served with rice Iraniancalled it Chello Kebab Kobideh. Totally every kind of Iranian food which has rice called Chello. This Iranian food exists in most of Iranian restaurants and one of the best chooses in Iran culinary tour.

 Day 5: Sarein:

After breakfast drive to Ardebil (Sarein) (276km). Transfer to hotel. Visit natural hot water. Our country has a lot of resources from spa and mineral springs, including those countries that can be well-off with the right investment from existing potential. The most famous of these springs are in the country in the neighborhoods of Sarein, Ramsar, Semnan and others.

Maybe you’ve used a spa bath to relieve the pain of your hands and feet or to help your body wake up, the power of water’s usefulness from ancient times to calm down, stimulate blood flow, remove contaminations from the skin, reduce pain, and cure illnesses. And doctors used it to treat illnesses and people’s health. Lunch in restaurant and we suggest Ash Doq for your lunch. And you will have dinner in traditional restaurant. Stay overnight.

And for lunch we suggest Kebab Barg which is one of well-known foods in Sarein which served with rice, the rice is decorated with saffron and you will have grilled tomato and pepper and sometimes you dish is decorated with fresh vegetables and pickles.

 Day 6: Tabriz:

After breakfast drive to Tabriz (225km). Transfer to hotel. Visit old Bazaar of Tabriz which one of Iran UNESCO sites and best time to visit the best old bazaar of Iran and get familiar with architecture of Iranian old bazaar. Lunch in restaurant and we suggest Kufteh for your lunch. After lunch visit Blue mosque and Arg of Tabriz and you will have dinner in traditional restaurant.Stay overnight.

Another delicious food in Iran food tour is Kufteh. This Iranian food is cooked in most of cities in Iran like Tabriz, Shiraz, Isfahan, and others with different ingredients and great tests. Day 8: Hamedan:  

After breakfast visit Avecina tomb and Baba Tahertomb and for lunch we suggest Aush in Hamedan. Hamedanis the center of different types of Ashs in Iran.You will have dinner in traditional restaurant. Stay overnight.

Ash/ Aush is a thick soup or stew, which is usually served hot and is part Afghan, Iranian, Azerbaijani, Caucasian, and Turkish cuisine. Aush is typically made with a variation of ingredients but may include:

Day 9: Kashan:

Drive to Kashan (400km). On the rout visit Qom the holy Shrine of HadratMasoumeh and also visit bazaar of Qom to buy special souvenir of Qom (Sohan which is special and traditional Persian saffron brittle toffee sweat of Qom). Continue to Kashan. Transfer to hotel. You will have lunch in Abbasi traditional restaurant and house of Kashan with Iranian foods. After lunch visit Abbasi houseTabatabai house, and Agha Bozorg mosque.You will have dinner in traditional restaurant. Stay overnight.

Day 10: Abyaneh:

Drive to Abyaneh (87km), transfer to hotel. Visit the touristic village of Abyaneh with 2500 years of civilization and with their special clothes and foods. You will have lunch in one of the traditional restaurant in the village. Stay overnight in village and dinner in traditional hotel.

Day 11: Isfahan:

Drive to Isfahan (174km). Transfer to hotel. Visit NaqsheJagan Square (Iran UNESCO site) includes Abbasigreat mosqueSheykhLotfolahmosqueAli Qapu palaceQeysarieh bazaar. You will have lunch in traditional restaurants of NaqsheJahan Square. We suggest Biryani for your lunch. You will have a walk in ChaharBaghStreet and also visit Sio-se pol and Khaju historical bridges. Dinner in traditional restaurant. Stay overnight.

Day 12: Isfahan:

Day 13: Shiraz:

Drive to Shiraz (450 km).  On the rout visit Persepolis as the great ancient Persia and then visit Necropolis. You will have buffet lunch (You can have four different types of traditional foods and desserts in a restaurant close to Necropolis). Continue to Shiraz. Transfer to hotel. You will have dinner in hotel. Stay overnight.

Day 14: Shiraz:

After breakfast visit Vakil bazaarNasirAlmolkmosque which is one the beautiful mosques of Iran, Shah Cheragh holy Shrine. You will have lunch in restaurant of traditional hotel and our suggestion is Kalam Polo Shirazi with Special Salad of Shiraz (Shirazian Salad).  After Lunch visit Eram garden (Iran UNESCO site), Hafez tomb as one of the great poets of Iran, Karim Khan Citadel (exterior view) at night, dinner in traditional restaurant. Stay overnight.
